Workshops and trainings to gender diversity

We offer training courses on trans, inter and non-binary (TIN) for professionals and organisations whose main target groups are adults. We create a fundamental understanding of the life situation of inter*, trans* or non-binary people and sensitized to the professional handling of gender diversity in one’s own work. Specific terms in the area trans, intersex and nonbinary will be examined in more detail ways, we will be sensitized for life realities and discrimination experiences and options for action within the professional activity are developed.
Due to limited capacity, this year we are mainly offering face-to-face day events for teams of 10 people or more. In addition, professionals without a team connection can also register with us for an open training course.
