Trans* Femme Group – Everyday Life & Resilience
CLICK TO READ IN EASY LANGUAGE
Once a month, we meet to share experiences from our everyday lives and talk about our current stress levels.
The group is open to all trans* feminine people, regardless of background, religion, age, disability, social status, or other personal characteristics. We especially welcome trans women and encourage you to join us.
Our methods and structure are based on classical psychodrama. Using enactment methods and a lot of play and creativity (e.g., role reversal, group plays, playback theater), we explore ways to navigate everyday challenges. The group provides a safer space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. It’s also a space to reflect on multiple forms of discrimination.
In addition to the group sessions, Kara and Leila also offer individual sessions by prior arrangement, should there be a need after a group meeting.
Languages: German and English. If needed, we will find a solution in advance by arrangement (for example, whispered interpretation).
