(Not) a blank slate: The TrIQ library
The TrIQ library (former trans*inter*archive) was founded in 2005 with the archive of the exhibition project 1-0-1 [one ó one] intersex and it grows steadily and looks forward for visitors.
Coming from emancipatory and depathologizing self-image and demands, we carry a whole field of german and english written literature to intersex and trans* topics. You can find theoretical-scientific, studies, scientific magazines and articles, final theses, brochures, non-fiction books, biographies, guides, magazines, Zines, fiction, comics, children books, illustraded books and a small among of movie. The focus for our new acquisitions is on literature, which deals with inter*, trans* and queer issues in a multidimensional and critical manner. Through donations we have a selection of absurd rarities and supposed classics.
We are looking forward through thematically appropriate literature donations – if you are interested, we can also include your scientific theses in our library. Please send us an abstract of your work.
